As a spin-off to my “Recipe Clean Up” series, I decided to make a Ketofied series. I’m not exactly keto but more dirty/lazy keto or low carb. So when I see a yummy recipe I can either clean it up or make it keto. So this section will be my attempts at making dishes more keto friendly. I am giving this way of eating a go because I see all of the amazing benefits that come with it. But as stated before I don’t want to feel deprived so I’m taking slowly and one day at a time. If there is a dish you miss, then let me know and I will try my best to make it ketofied!!
